Enrollment Paperwork

Logan-Rogersville High School has adopted the following procedures for enrolling new students:

  • You will need to submit Proof of Residency (utility bill, property tax receipt, or rental agreement/mortgage document) to begin the new student enrollment process. If no proof of residency can be provided, please contact Central Office at 753-2891
  • Once Proof of Residency is received, our staff will email you an inviation to complete your student’s enrollment online.
